Sealers
PENETRATING SEALERS
Penetrating sealers chemically react deep within the concrete pores to provide breathable water repellency and overall protection While maintaining concretes’ natural look for vertical and horizontal projects.
WE APPLY:
- Offering both a solvent-based and 100% eco-friendly sealer.
- These same sealers are applied by Transport Canada.
- A cost-effective solution to protect against harsh weather conditions.
- A unique corrosion inhibitor that can extend reinforced concrete by up to 15 years.
- Protection against freeze/thaw damage, de-icing chemicals and stains.
FILM FORMING SEALERS
Our acrylic and water-based surface sealers are cost-efficient and offer a wide range of semi-transparent and solid colour options. Designed to protect against traffic and pedestrian-bearing substrates and can be used both indoors and outside.

PENETRATING WOOD SEALERS
We apply a proprietary polyurethane wood sealer that offers waterproof protection in a matte finish. A wide range of semi-transparent tints offers numerous colour options with the best in the business protection.

POLYASPARTIC
Flexible with specific characteristics superior to epoxy. Our polyaspartic [polyurea] coatings are popular for a good reason. Our low VOC polyaspartic can be applied year-round, and in specific installations, can be completed in one day.

POLYURETHANE
We use two different types of polyurethane coatings.
-A waterproof traffic bearing membrane system, typically installed for public spaces, commercial and specific residential applications.
-An advanced high build polyurethane flooring technology made specifically for the harshest environments. It has met the most stringent hygiene and cleanliness requirements for the last 40 years to the food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

URETHANE
Our first choice as a final wear surface for most epoxy and polyaspartic systems is urethane. Our clear, satin finish urethane is a durable and flexible coating that withstands floor failure due to natural and traffic disturbances. It is the right choice for most residential and commercial applications systems that incorporate decorative flake or metallics.

INDUSTRIAL EPOXY
High build industrial epoxy sees service in various traditional heavy-duty flooring environments due to its extreme hardness and adhesion. Our floors are safe, tough as nails and meant to last.

METHYL METHACRYLATE
Outside of polyurea, this is the fastest setting coating we install. We install methyl methacrylate [Mma] for interior and exterior applications, from large civic projects to small commercial spaces where a rapid return to service is required. The incredible combination of strength, quick cure times and decorative aesthetics make Mma a unique coating.

CEMENTITIOUS
We use quality polymer-based materials to repair and restore seamless coatings and other flooring installations.

- Our cementitious overlays can be used as a final wear surface.
- Small projects can often be repaired and prepped in one day.
- A large selection of decorative wall coatings for faux looks.
POLYUREA
Our flexible polyurea is used exclusively for joint filling and crack repair. Allowing us to prep floors and coat concurrently due to the fastest possible cure times. This time-saver – keeps projects on track where downtime is not an option.
